Please Go Read This
I know my posting today is just shameless linking, but I really think everyone should go read this and get involved in a discussion and debate that is difficult to stomach but very important.

On your shameless recommendation, Darren, I headed on over, saw the subject, thought of a few (what some might call) controversial responses, and then actually read some of the post and thought the better of it…
… I guess some things are just too serious to joke about…even for me….
@Damien – It is one of those subjects that it’s very hard to see a lighter side of. That’s why I couldn’t comment here. It’s a bit soon.
Hmmmm… I see where they’re coming from. There’s always going to be a certain fan base for the outrageous and shocking, even if its simply outrageous and shocking for no other purpose other than for the sake of it….and the tragic, awful, shocking and profane will of course travel farther and faster than the sensitive and reverent.
I like to keep my online blasphemy peurile (why break the habit of a lifetime), and leave the mockery of this kind of thing to those with truly bulletproof sensibilities…
